The heart of Coast Village. The Main Building houses the workout area, lounge, sauna, showers, and opens onto the back patio, basketball court, and community garden.

Seasonal pool access for all Coast Village residents. The pool area includes a fenced enclosure with lounge space. The playground is a safe outdoor play area for children and grandchildren visiting the community.
The Post Office & Laundry
Coast Village has its own on-site mailroom so residents can pick up mail without leaving the community. Plus on-site coin-operated laundry facilities available to all residents.
