Coast Village is a unique residential community that allows a blend of recreational vehicles and conventional single-family homes, surrounded by greenbelt buffers between each lot to maintain a park-like setting.
Coast Village began as a private campground in 1970 and was advertised as “sheltered in a coastal forest”…“in the heart of Oregon’s Adventure Coast”. The lots were sold so campers always had a camp site, especially when the State Park campgrounds were full. Jumping to the present, Coast Village is truly “A Unique Residential Community” where RVs and permanent homes are intermingled in a “campground environment”.
