The CVPOC Board of Directors hereby gives the Acting President of the Corporation authority to dispose of old and/or obsolete office electronics/office equipment. In disposing of this equipment the Acting President will insure that all data connected to CVPOC is purged.
The CVPOC Board of Directors (BOD) hereby waives the $100 cleaning deposit for the meeting room for those members wishing to use the facility for memorial services for immediate family.
The CVPOC Board of Directors (BOD) hereby creates an Ad Hoc Committee to be called the Electrical Billing Committee. This committee will report to the Treasurer of CVPOC and will be assisted by the CVPOC Associate Maintenance Supervisor. This committee is created to determine the proper base charge to be assessed to those members for whom the Corporation provides electrical services, and any other information the Corporation deems necessary. This committee to be abolished when tasking is done.
1.The CVPOC Board of Directors (BOD) hereby accepts the Five Year Plan as presented by the Corporation’s Treasurer.
2.The CVPOC Board of Directors (BOD) hereby authorizes the Treasurer of CVPOC to move funds from the Reserve Account to the Operations Account in order to support the necessary repairs indicated in the Five Year Plan.
1.The CVPOC Board of Directors (BOD) hereby accepts the Annual Budget as presented by the Corporation’s Treasurer.
2.Any changes to the Annual Budget need to be approved by the CVPOC Board of Directors (BOD).
