The Board authorizes the POM to enter into a contract with All Creations Construction for $24,900 (this includes the amount approved at the last board meeting) for replacement of the perimeter fence. All Creations began work and found additional rot throughout the fence structure which had been hidden from view. POM and maintenance staff verified this to be true. All Creations will do as much work as possible with this amount, and a future quote will be approved to complete any remaining work.
