During the Special Board of Directors’ meeting held on June 6th, 2013, the Board of Directors (BOD) gave to the Facilities Management Coordinator and Chairman of the Facilities Management Committee authority to hire maintenance personnel without prior approval of the BOD. This authority is hereby rescinded.  All personnel to be considered for employment will be processed through the Personnel Committee to insure all paperwork is in order.  Interviews will be conducted by either the Personnel Committee or the Facilities Management Committee.  Final offer for the position will be made by the CVPOC Officer in descending order based on availability.  Final offer will be made pending background checks.
