Lot owners shall obtain approval from the Park Operations Manager or the ARC in advance of operating any construction equipment on any common property within Coast Village (this includes, but is not limited to: roads, road shoulders and parking lots). ARC approval for the installation of a new dwelling or similar project includes approval for the use of any equipment normally associated with that work. Lot owners do not need approval if the use of construction equipment takes place entirely and at all times on the platted lot. The fine for violating this requirement is $500.”
