To approve installation of a 36″ wood & welded wire fence at Lot 228 Horseshoe Bend along the inside of the greenbelt on the SW side of the property. Fence is to secure property in the yard area for a dog. Fence will be greater than 5 feet away frorn the trail/path easement adjoining Horseshoe Bend and Outer Drive.
