Per the recommendation of the Personnel Committee, the Board of Directors hereby assigns a salary of $xx.xx per hour to the positions of Custodian/Grounds Keeper full-time. This position, after 90 days continuous employment, is entitled to employee only health care benefits.
Per the recommendation of the Personnel Committee, the Board of Directors hereby assigns a salary of $xx.xx per hour to the positions of Custodian/Grounds Keeper A&B Nights. These positions are part-time and as such are not entitled to health care benefits.
Per the recommendation of the Personnel Committee, the Board of Directors hereby assigns a salary of $xx.xx per hour to the position of Maintenance Lead. Maintenance Lead is a full-time position, and as such, after 90 days of continuous employment, is entitled to employee only health care benefits.
Based on the Facilities Management Committee and the Personnel Committee’s recommendations, the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the President of CVPOC to tender an offer of employment to Patrick Green for the position of full-time Custodian/Grounds Keeper.
Based on the Facilities Management Committee and the Personnel Committee’s recommendations, the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the President of CVPOC to tender an offer of employment to Oscar M. Ricker for the position of “B” rotation night shift Custodian/Grounds Keeper.
The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the Treasurer to transfer $75,000.00 from the Reserve account to the Operating account. Said transfer is to make a second installment payment to All Creations Construction for the repair of the Clubhouse.
