The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the Treasurer to pay Chuck Dobson a payroll draw on his salary in the amount of $xxx. This draw is to be repaid to the Corporation in the amount of $xx.xx per month as a $xx.xx per pay period deduction. Should Chuck Dobson quit or be terminated the entire amount remaining shall become due on that date.
The Board of Director’s hereby grants the President authority to enter into a contract with Vial-Fotheringham for the purpose of foreclosing on the property owned by Don Sharp at 84 Manzanita Way. Mr. Sharp is deceased with no heirs that can be located. The cost to the Coast Village should be between $5,000 and $7,000. The lot will be brought up to sellable condition and be put into compliance with Coast Village’s Rules and Regulations regarding electrical conversion. All of these costs will be offset by the income derived from the sale of the property.
The Board of Director’s hereby grants the Treasurer permission to pay the property taxes for 229 Horseshoe Bend. These funds are being paid to prevent the County from repossessing the property and invalidating our financial claims. These funds will be rolled into a repayment plan for the current owner. The Treasurer will create the repayment plan with an appropriate interest rate.
