The CVPOC Board of Directors has received a recommendation from the Personnel Committee to replace our Office Manager. The evaluation conducted in December 2012 was not satisfactory. There have been many conversations with the employee about errors and the performance has failed to imporve significantly. Regretfully we are left with no other option than to hire a replacement.

The CVPOC Board of Directors has received a recommendation from the Personnel Committee to hire Susan Morgan as Office Manager. She will be paid minimum wage for a period of ninety days; at which time the personnel committee will conduct an evaluation. if she is suitable for our office, at that time she will be given a raise and health insurance.
