Robert E Starkie AKA Mose or affectionately known as “Mosey” died In his 78th year.
We hope you come to share a simple message of his life, and the gifts he brought to his family, his friends, his work, his love of his country and fellow human beings. OH!… and one very special 15 pound furry little Havanese named Millie, whom he loved with a tender passion.
